Campus Arts Productions (CAP) is a dynamic student production and stage management team, where passionate students take on the challenges of working behind the scenes to create, manage, and produce high-quality productions each year.
Beyond the excitement of being part of the action, CAP provides invaluable hands-on training in various roles such as producing, stage management, technical support (including stagecraft, audio, and lighting), artiste management, and front-of-house operations.
Members have numerous opportunities to gain practical experience through major events and festivals within Republic Polytechnic, including RP’s Orientation Programme - Jam & Hop, Momentum Dance Festival, IGNITE! Music Festival, Reflections Arts Festival, and more. One of their notable achievements includes producing the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for WorldSkills ASEAN 2023, with plans to be involved in the National Day Parade 2025.
Guided by staff from The Republic Cultural Centre (TRCC), CAP produces over ten shows annually, aiming to deliver impactful and successful productions.
