Jammerz Arena (Music Collective)

Jammerz Arena is made out of passionate individuals who share an interest in various music genres such as Jazz, Pop, Blues, Rock and many more. Since its re-establishment in 2009, the interest group has produced and staged many shows on campus such as ‘Jam and Hop’ for Republic Polytechnic’s Orientation Programme, IGNITE! Music Festival, Reflections Arts Festival and many more.  

Apart from developing music talents, Jammerz Arena has an active media and technical production wing. Known for their versatile nature and performance standards, they were credited “Group of the Year” in Flame Awards 2015 – an award ceremony to recognise outstanding contributions of leaders and CCA groups at Republic Polytechnic.

The interest group has also yielded alumni bands such as Bear Culture and Tell Lie Vision that have performed at Baybeats and other music stages in Singapore.

Under the mentorship of dedicated alumni members, Jammerz Arena hopes to captivate their audience with their charismatic personality and infectious energy for their performances.
