SOH made me realise that Hospitality is not a skill. It’s an art form. I have grown and learnt from my experienced lecturers and like-minded peers, ensuring that my interest in the hospitality industry has been refined into a passion that translates into the service I provide as an air stewardess.
RP’s problem-based learning approach greatly developed my self-confidence and self-reliance. At the same time, the school also provided me with countless opportunities to learn beyond the classroom setting. For my overseas trips, I went to Japan and Hong Kong where I got a better glimpse of the working world. I was also lucky enough to attend product demos by giant companies like Sony, Fujitsu and Toshiba.
I decided to take up Diploma in Health Services Management because I want to be part of the solution in helping a patient recover. Throughout my years of study, RP equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute back to the society; be it at the frontline interacting directly with patients or behind the scenes ensuring that processes go smoothly
RP’s Problem-based Learning approach changed my attitude towards learning. It trained me to be more independent, confident and inquisitive as a student. The school’s programmes also equipped me with the necessary skills for my career and further studies. In short, RP made it possible for me to reach greater heights.
