This module focuses on the health issues faced by the youth population. Students will study youth nutrition, prominent health issues in childhood and common barriers to adopting healthy lifestyles. Students will have the opportunity to design and evaluate physical activity programmes for different age groups and will develop an understanding of the role of sports and other social activities in the health of the young population.
