1. Enrol online

Complete your enrolment and upload your photo.

2. Apply for the card

After you receive an SMS or email from RP, apply via the SimplyGo website, app, or at a Ticket Office.

3. Get your card

Your card will be mailed to your registered address from early April. You’ll get an email once it’s sent (delivery takes 2–3 days).

4. Top up & use

Top up at least $2 and start using your card.
