For New Students

For new polytechnic students the application process for the Diploma Student Concession Card is not automatic. If you need the concession card, please submit an application to TransitLink during the bulk application exercise, which is usually conducted from March to May every year.

If you miss the exercise, you still can apply online or at any TransitLink Concession Card Replacement Offices (CCROs). Please refer to TransitLink FAQ for more information.

Application for Concession Card
  1. Check Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must complete your RP online enrolment and submit a student photo. RP will then provide your particulars and photo to TransitLink for upload into their system. You can also check your eligibility via TransitLink website or their hotline (1800-2255 663).

  2. Submit Application

You will receive a SMS notification from RP when TransitLink is ready to receive your application. You can submit the application online or at any TransitLink Ticket Office / Concession Card Replacement Office, located island-wide. There will be a $5 card cost and $3.10 personalisation fee payable upon application.

  3. Receive Concession Card

If you apply for the concession card during the bulk application exercise, TransitLink will send your card to RP and RP will let you know when to collect it from us. If you apply for the concession card after the bulk application exercise, you will receive it directly from TransitLink.
