Aligned with “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the module emphasises risk management, quality assurance, and leadership as critical components of successful project delivery. It prepares students for the globally recognised Project Management Institute® Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification. Through applied case studies, students develop problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, alongside teamwork, communication, and conflict management abilities essential for leading projects and achieving organisational objectives in diverse professional environments.
