Students will be equipped with the fundamental concepts in designing a more personalised physical and hybrid event experience through this module. They will learn to analyse attendee journey and how to enhance engagement at pre-event, on-site and post-event touchpoints. Students will also learn to analyse consumers’ digital footprints to understand the cognitive, psychological, emotional and social needs of event attendees. These will pave the way for designing bespoke event experiences that will leave attendees with memorable experiences and generate repeat customers.
