This module introduces students to the process of designing, planning, and implementing experiences for immersive content such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and the metaverse. Students will be challenged to create immersive experiences through wireframing and planning for AR content, as well as conceptualising, storyboarding and producing virtual environments to engage users. Emphasising a practical, hands-on approach, the module offers students numerous opportunities to design immersive content for a variety of distribution channels, including traditional platforms, social media, and the emerging metaverse.
