Enrolment Guide for International Students

Additional Conditions for International Students

  • International students must appoint a local emergency contact if they do not have a parent or guardian who resides in Singapore.
  • International students must collect their Student’s Pass issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) before making payment of the first semester tuition fees.
  • All international students are required to undergo a medical examination and submit the completed RP medical report form, regardless of the course they are enrolling to.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, RP reserves the right to
    • Rescind the course offer
    • Void any part of the enrolment completed
    • Disallow the students to complete the enrolment
    • Administratively withdraw the student’s enrolment

Step-by-step guide to complete your enrolment

Step 1: Accept Course

1a) Login to the enrolment portal with the following information:

  • Student ID (Refer to your Enrolment letter sent to your registered email address)
  • FIN/Passport/UIN (used in your submitted application)
  • Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)

1b) Click on Course Acceptance and accept your diploma course.

Step 2: Confirm personal particulars and submit declaration

2a) Click on Confirm Personal Particulars and enter the following information in Sections 1 - 7.

  • Section 1: Personal data/ Household details
  • Section 2: Contact Information
  • Section 3: Relations
  • Section 4: Emergency Contact
  • Section 5: Educational Details
  • Section 6: Other Information
  • Section 7: Declaration 
Proceed for medical check-up

You are required to undergo a medical check-up and any additional medical test(s) required by your course. The following medical form(s) are to be completed by a registered General Practitioner (GP) in Singapore.

  • ICA medical examination report (click here to download)
  • RP medical report form (Click here to download OR you can download the form from Step 4 of your Enrolment portal)
Application of ICA Student's Pass

2b) You are required to complete your ICA Student Pass formalities and collect your Student Pass before you proceed to Step 3. Please refer to our Student’s Pass Application email sent to you on the Step-by-Step instructions.

Step 3: Submit compulsory documents

3a) After you have collected your Student Pass application, you are required to re-login and complete Step 3-5.

Login to the enrolment portal with the following information:

  • Student ID (Refer to your Enrolment letter sent to your registered email address)
  • FIN/Passport/UIN (used in your submitted application)
  • Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)

Click on Course Acceptance and accept your diploma course

3b) Click on Step 3: Submit compulsory documents.

a) Parent consent form
  • Submit your parent consent form through 1 of the following 2 modes. (Applicable only to students who are below 21 years old as at 1 January 2020)

i) Online Submission via SingPass
  • Parent or guardian can provide their consent by logging in SingPass.

ii) Offline Submission
  • Download parent consent form from the online enrolment portal 
  • Parent or guardian to complete form
  • Upload completed form under Step 3:Submit Compulsory Documents
b) ICA student card
  • Scan and upload a coloured copy of your ICA student card (front and back) to the online enrolment portal.
c) Upload photograph (to be used for RP e-Student Card)
Photograph requirements
  • The photograph you have submitted will be used for both your RP e-Student Card and Diploma Student Concession Card. Click here to find out more.
  • Delay in the submission of the photo will result in a delay in the processing for your e-Student Card.
    Note: You are required to apply for the Diploma Student Concession Card via TransitLinkwhen it is open for application.
Step 4: Download/Upload

In this step, you are required to submit the following documents:


  • Download your medical report form, pre-filled with your personal information from the online enrolment system.
  • Proceed for medical check-up with the form and have your doctor endorse the medical report form.
  • Upload the endorsed medical report form to the online enrolment system under Step 4: Download/Upload

Note: Please do not upload ICA Medical report form as this is required by ICA

b) Medical or any supporting documents (if you have declared medical conditions in your declaration under Step 2 of the online enrolment

Step 5: Finance matters

5a) Read through the finance information and apply for financial scheme(s) where applicable.
