This 3-day course adopts a mix of lectures, e-Learning and hands-on activities. Participants will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to be a survey interviewer. The coverage of real-life industry scenarios and examples will enhance participants learning. Participants’ interviewing skills will be further honed through mock interviews. This course will also focus on the various stages of qualitative and quantitative survey interviews to ensure that data analysis results in invaluable and accurate insights from the information collected. At the end of this course, participants will be able to collect quality data through survey interviews.
