What Will I Get Out of This Course?
My two and a half years in RP's Operations and Engineering Management programme were amongst the best years of my life. The School's programme managers and lecturers were very helpful and supportive of the part-time students. I would like to thank them for their help. This programme was exactly what I was looking for - industry-oriented curriculum, experienced lecturers, and hands-on projects that allowed us to put our knowledge into practice. The classes were taught in an interactive manner, allowing me to build on my learning experience. I am committed to continuous self-improvement in my career and the programme has helped me achieve that.
This part time diploma allowed me to understand how individual function works and helped me to have better coordination amongst different functions. It also encourages holistic thinking as I am able to apply the knowledge learned at work. The delivery of the course is a bonus to me as it provided some flexibility for me to manage between work and family. Not only that, throughout my time in RP, the lecturers were all helpful and supportive; motivating me to push through and excel.
Participants will be awarded the Modular Certificate (MC) upon successful completion of each certificate programme. The Diploma in Engineering (Operations and Engineering Management) will be issued upon meeting 50% of attendance requirement and passing all coursework and assessment.
