This course introduces participants to Analytics in HR, and how it can be utilised to improve HR decision-making. You will learn how to make sense of the numbers and use various methods to make them tell a story. You will also learn to identify the gaps and barriers in data management and collection that need to be addressed in order to implement HR analytics in your organisation.
