Trainer's Profile
Yoke Fong is a Senior Lecturer with Republic Polytechnic, School of Infocomm and oversees the Specialist Diploma in Business Analytics as program head for Oct intake. She graduated from NUS (Computer Science and Information Systems) and obtained PMP certification, PGrad (Strategic IT, UK), GDip (T&D, SHRI) and AdvCert (Learning & Performance, SUSS).
Yoke Fong built her career as IT analyst, consultant and project manager with MNCs across multiple industries from technology, manufacturing, broadcasting to banking before switching to academics. In her 10 years with RP, Yoke Fong anchored the text analytics Specialist Diploma module and developed CET content for text mining, Power BI and goVisualisation (Tableau). She was involved in a number of analytics and visualization projects. One visual analytics project won an MOE bronze award in 2019.
