Gamification is the application of game elements to solve non-game problems, in areas such as motivation and learning.
Gamification has seen tremendous growth in recent years as organizations deploy gamification solutions to increase customer engagement and improve user experience.
This course will aim to equip participants with basic gamification and design knowledge, and explore its applications in areas of training and learning, productivity, and customer engagement. During the course, participants will learn how to ideate and design a simple gamified prototype for their use. They will also test and iterate their prototype to develop for their own business use.

- Deconstruct gamification
- Apply Gamification and Design Knowledge to create a gamified prototype
- Implement, test and iterate prototype for feedback
