In this workshop, participants will discover principles of the accelerated D.I.V.E method to discover business ideas that are relevant and practical. Through the course participants will need how to systemically deconstruct and atomise products and services for more efficient idea generation. They will learn an easy-to-use ideation tool suitable for use by individuals and teams. Finally, they will understand how start-ups quickly confirm the feasibility of their ideas and seek out an entry point in the market. Real-life case examples of RP entrepreneurs will be shared.
Learning Objectives
• Discover - Systemic breakdown of schemas, schemes and systems to set the stage for innovation and idea generation via an Atomization exercise.
• Ideate – using the easy to practice PMR (Plus, Minus, Replace) ideation tool.
• Validate – learn methods of validating the business idea and review authentic RP start-up cases.
• Experiment – testing ideas for a Solution-Problem fit with the aim of seeking out first customer.
