Understanding Behavioural Insights

Behavioural Insights is the study that combines insights from psychology, cognitive science, and social science with empirically-tested results to discover how humans actually make choices.

In this workshop, participants will explore how habits can be nudged to create social, environmental and economic impact through the design of front-office and back-office services, structures, systems, and processes, leading to positive organisational change and business growth.

• Describe how habits can be nudged using design

• Apply techniques to generate ideas to influence behaviour
