Academy for Continuing Education (ACE)

Coaching Esports is more than just striving to win competitions. Effective coaching practices can help E-athletes build their character and develop the life skills needed to be successful in society, and create a positive team culture for their teams. This module will enable learners to develop their own coaching philosophy, equip them with effective lesson planning skills, inter-personal and team management skills. 
  

Coaching and Team Management is a module selected from the Specialist Diploma in Esports Business and Production. It enables participants to acquire new skills or deepen relevant skills without the need to pursue a full specialist diploma. As this is a stackable course, participants may choose to complete the remaining modules within the validity period, of 2 years, to be awarded the full Specialist Diploma qualification.

How often do I need to attend the course?

Lessons will be held at Republic Polytechnic @ Woodlands

Course commences in October. Application Start and End date: 17 July 2023 to 31 August 2023.

Number of Lessons	Duration
Three times/week (weekdays and Saturdays)	6:30pm - 9:30pm (Weekdays) 9:00am - 12:00pm / 1:00pm to 4:00pm (Saturdays)

Note : Some lessons will be conducted via e-learning.
