Developing Resilience and Leadership in Youths and Students

This module enables participants to review the positive youth development model and evaluate the feasibility of translating concepts to industry practice. They will also analyse the range of leadership models in synergy with youth personality development theories and ethics to design purposeful youth leadership programmes. Through the analysis of trends in the cyber world (such as cyber-bullying, scams and blue-whales challenge) and online communities, participants will leverage technology and pertinent interest groups to outreach and engage youths and students effectively.

Applied Research in Youth Work and Student Services selected from the Specialist Diploma in Youth and Student Support and Development. It enables participants to acquire new skills or deepen relevant skills without the need to pursue a full specialist diploma.

How often do I need to attend the course?

Lessons will be held at RP ACE @ Woodlands.

- Fees reflected are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). In line with the government fee freeze directive from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2023, the fees in 2023 for Singapore Citizen will remain the same as 2022. RP will absorb the additional 1% GST for Singapore Citizen in 2023 only.
