With the expanding reach of social media, digital branding has become more pervasive and important for all kinds of businesses.
This workshop covers the essential skills needed for implementing plans and initiatives related to branding, customer experience and loyalty in the digital platform, so as to build an organisation’s brand equity.
Participants will learn to develop an online brand persona and about the themes of engaging online content. In addition, they will learn how to create a website and a social media business profile that effectively portray the brand’s message . Finally, participants will be taught how to develop digital brand guidelines for the brand's future activities.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
explain key branding concepts, theories, models and tools related to digital brand strategy
develop and assess strategies to position and build a brand on digital platforms
design and evaluate integrated marketing communication programmes to support digital brand development
