Digital User Experience

Course Synopsis 

In this module, participants will learn the principles and methodologies of designing good digital user experiences for their businesses and organisations through the use of empathy. Participants can improve their digital business processes and interactions with customers, leading to more enjoyable and meaningful experiences. 

Through an interactive seminar format, participants will learn why user experiences are important; how to develop empathy for users through ethnographical methods; organise customer data for user experience design and to apply design principles in creating impactful customer-business interactions. 

Certification 


Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance by Republic Polytechnic upon meeting 80% of attendance requirement.
