The Eco Ambassador starter is curated for professionals who are driving environmental sustainability within their companies. In the 2-day classroom training, you will be introduced to sustainability, circular economy, Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) accounting, green transition, ESG disclosure and sustainability reporting.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand the science of climate change and fundamentals of sustainability, circular economy, sustainable development goals, and sustainability reporting based on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards
Develop skills in scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gases accounting
Develop mindset needed for design thinking for a circular economy
Develop skills in project management
Professionals and consultants who are interested to understand good environmental practices and approaches for the development of green and sustainable operations and processes.
Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
For courses with formal assessment component, participants will be awarded the certification of completion upon passing the assessment. Otherwise, a certification of attendance will be issued instead upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
