Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance by Republic Polytechnic upon meeting 80% of the attendance.
Tng Yanling is a passionate lecturer with 10 years of experience in the higher education industry. In the time she has been with RP, she has been facilitating modules on Project Management and Scheduling, Event Operations Management, Introduction to the Event Industry and Hospitality and Tourism Management.
With a strong belief that teaching goes beyond the classroom, Yanling often leads students to participate in events industry partners’ events, including helping the partner plan, manage and execute the events. She has had the privilege of working with various event companies and organisations including Brain Tumour Society (Singapore), Dairy Farm Group, People’s Association, and Sport Singapore.
Prior to joining RP, Yanling spent fifteen years in the communications line including 8 years in CapitaLand and 3 years in IMC Group. Her expertise in communications covers many aspects of both external communications such as corporate collaterals, publicity campaigns and media relations, and employee programmes in the areas of employee welfare and communications.
Yanling graduated from the National University of Singapore majoring in Language Studies and Literature in English.
