Learn to connect your coffee maker, lamps and other devices to each other via the internet to increase your productivity! This course will teach you how to use Arduino, a microcontroller for building digital devices and interactive objects that can sense and control objects in the physical world.
The course will cover basic electronics, computer hardware concepts as well as programming concepts and constructs required for building basic IoT solutions using Arduino.
With this knowledge, you can design and develop IoT solutions, and take a step into tomorrow’s world!
Laptops will be provided for the duration of the course.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
understand features of the Arduino platform
set up the Arduino environment
explain basic circuitry concepts
identify and integrate different input sensors to the Arduino platform
write and execute basic C code to gather and process data on the Arduino via the cloud
create an IoT solution
