goBWA - Power Automate

Microsoft 365 offers a suite of software applications used in the day-to-day operations of many organisations. These operations comprise repetitive business workflows which can be partially or fully automated for increased accuracy and massive productivity gains.

Go Business Workflow Automation (GoBWA) enables organisations to become more productive when using their Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, OneDrive, Forms, SharePoint List, Outlook, Office Scripts and Power Automate. During the training, participants will set up forms, collect data, and connect work processes via various Microsoft 365 applications.

This course aims to help participants increase productivity through automation of digitising repetitive tasks by learning and utilising Power Automate. This applied learning course has 2 phases:

Phase 1 – 2-day training session on introduction to Microsoft 365, use case based training and hands-on exercises infused with best practices. There will be a review of participants’ workplace process in preparation for Phase 2.

Phase 2 – 1.5-day workplace process implementation session. A project team with 2-4 participants will be formed to implement participants’ workplace process. Facilitators will be assigned to mentor each project group.

Laptops will be provided for the duration of the course.
