Growing Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality in F&B

This course is designed for participants to identify customer service issues based on the feedback and information collected from the various channels. Participants will also learn to innovate and adopt various service styles to suit the profile and expectations of their target market thereby increasing customer retention.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the profiles, expectations and perceptions of customers and adapt service styles at the various touch points in the service cycle
  • Distinguish and strategize between "hard" and "soft" service skills
  • Suggest different approaches to retaining customers
  • Identify the various methods of collecting customer information and feedback for appropriate and legally permitted uses

Newly appointed assistant managers, supervisors looking to take on more administrative responsibilities.

Lead servers showing managerial potential and earmarked for career growth.

Entry Requirement

Participants are expected to possess F&B service capability, with some knowledge and involvement in creating customer experience and customer retention management.

Certification

Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance by Republic Polytechnic upon meeting 80% of the attendance requirement.
