In this course, you will learn to address common issues relating to adult learners and explore ways to utilise digital media to enhance the learning culture of your organisation.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- acquire a better understanding of adult learning theories
- identify factors that can contribute to motivating learners
- propose suggestions that increase the chances of applying acquired skills and competencies at work
Who should attend?
HR development / L&D managers, Continuing Education and Training (CET) lesson developers, trainers who work with adult learners and would like to facilitate the adult learning process, or improve the application of acquired skills and knowledge.
Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance by Republic Polytechnic upon meeting 80% of the attendance requirement.
