When learners gather to learn, organising them to allow for effective learning and sharing of knowledge and experiences can be challenging. Good facilitation is hence important to help learners get organised and to learn collaboratively. Be it online or face to face, known stages of learning do take place in the classroom. By equipping oneself with this knowledge, the educator can design and facilitate effective learning experiences for the learners.
