Leadership and Outcome Management

This module focuses on the management of wards, units, hospitals, community, and other healthcare organisations using principles of effective leadership and management. It prepares participants to make decisions and manage risks to ensure patient safety within the healthcare environment. The module also focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration in improving patient outcomes.  

Leadership and Outcome Management is a module selected from the Specialist Diploma in Integrated Care Management .  It enables participants to acquire new skills or deepen relevant skills without the need to pursue a full specialist diploma. As this is a stackable course, participants may choose to complete the remaining modules within the validity period, of 2 years, to be awarded the full Specialist Diploma qualification.

How often do I need to attend the course?


Lessons will be held at Republic Polytechnic, Woodlands 
 
Course commences in April.

Number of Lessons Duration 
Three times/week (weekdays) 7pm to 10pm
