Managing Large Classes

This  self-paced course is designed to help lecturers manage and facilitate learning in  large class sizes, e.g., 30 to 60 learners. Through interactive content presentation and knowledge checks in a e-learning package, participants can look forward to acquiring practical strategies and skills that can be adopted in their facilitation.

Learning Objectives

By end of this workshop, participants will be able to
  • Identify and explain potential learning challenges and issues that may arise in large classes
  • Analyse and apply strategies and techniques to facilitate learning in a large class

Who should attend?

  • Class leader, Module leader, Teachers, Trainers, Instructors, Facilitators, Academic Leaders, Heads of Departments, and Learning and Development (L&D) Managers from Educational and Training Institutions

Entry Requirement

This workshop is suitable for educators and trainers. No prior knowledge is required.

Certification

Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance by Republic Polytechnic upon meeting 75% of attendance requirement.
