Managing Top Talent with Design Thinking

Design thinking techniques help you to see problems from a user’s perspective, which is highly valuable when attempting to address problems.

This course gives an overview of the methodologies in design thinking, and how design thinking can be applied to the domain of Human Resources (HR), specifically in the area of managing talent. Through the course, you will learn to recognise the challenges and opportunities involved in managing talent. Furthermore, this course will train you in devising new strategies to increase talent engagement and minimise performance obstacles in your organisation.
