Social situations can be tricky to manage. However, with the right tools, you can learn to navigate even the trickiest social situations.
This course will provide an innovation framework that can be used to address social issues. Participants will gain an awareness of social issues and how to use creativity tools to develop ideas and inspired solutions. In this course, participants will have hands-on experience with practical Lo-fi prototyping to improve design.

describe how value is created through Social Innovation
demonstrate thoughtful consideration of user needs while exploring new ideas
apply idea-generation tools to develop business ideas and solutions given various social contexts
