This course provides an introduction to analytics tools native to the various social media channels. Through hands-on usage of these tools, you will learn how they can be applied to produce better content on your social media channels.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
identify the analytics tools native to major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
identify the characteristics of these tools
identify the data that can be gathered from these tools
identify how this data can provide insights into the performance of their social media channels and the audiences that visit these channels
refine their social media content according to what they have learned from analysing the data
