Business Start-up Programme

Are you thinking of embarking on a business venture of your own? This 5-day intensive workshop has been customized for aspiring entrepreneurs like you!

Begin with generating and evaluating start-up ideas in a structured manner, then move on to validating your key assumptions and improving your revenue models. Through this boot camp, you will learn how to innovate, cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, and build your start-up from the ground up.

Finally, you will test your ideas by pitching them to industry mentors.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • describe how to define a problem well and to develop a problem-solution fit

  • demonstrate how to build a minimum viable product (MVP) to measure customer response and to verify the solution

  • evaluate good business ideas effectively

  • demonstrate the ability to outline business and marketing strategies on Business Canvas

Anyone who is keen to start their own business and professionals who are already working but are planning to build an entrepreneurial career. 


Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance issued by Republic Polytechnic upon meeting 80% of the attendance.
