Innovation and productivity at the workplace today go hand-in-hand with digitalisation. This course is designed to help you understand different digital technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Data Analytics and Cloud-based Solutions, and how they can co-exist and complement existing work processes. Actual use-cases will be used in this course to illustrate how these technologies can be implemented in the workplace to drive digitalisation initiatives.

Entry Requirement
Participants should have basic IT literacy and have a general understanding or interest in technology.
Certification
Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
For courses with assessment component, participants will be awarded the certification of completion upon passing the assessment. Otherwise, a certification of attendance will be issued instead upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
