Supply Chain Design and Management is a module selected from the Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management. It enables participants to acquire new skills or deepen relevant skills without the need to pursue a full specialist diploma. As this is a stackable course, participants may choose to complete the remaining modules within the validity period, of two years, to be awarded the full Specialist Diploma qualification.
This module covers the fundamentals of strategic design and effective management of a global supply chain. Participants will be equipped with skills and knowledge to enhance their ability to analyse current practices within the industry. At the same time, you will also learn how to develop improvement alternatives for global supply chains.
Upon completion, participants will have a strong understanding on the strategies, techniques, and best class practices, which can be adopted to improve operations in respective verticals.

Entry Requirement
Applicants should possess a relevant polytechnic diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or Science from recognised institutions.
For applicants who do not meet the minimum entry requirements, an interview will be conducted to assess applicants’ qualification and working experience.
Certification
Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Completion by Republic Polytechnic upon completing the module.
