This module presents an overview of the dynamic digital business ecosystem. Amidst all the disruptions caused by technology, students will be introduced to various types of digital commerce models and digital transformation strategies. Students will also learn to evaluate a company’s digital transformation journey in relation to established frameworks. Thereafter they would be equipped to recommend effective business solutions with appropriate performance metrics and key performance indicators. At the end of the module, students will be able to design digital business strategies to transform companies in the areas of customer experience, products, service, operations, and organisation.
