This module equips students with the knowledge and skills to conceptualise and develop a responsive digital store in today’s mobile-first commerce landscape. Students will explore a range of e-commerce platforms and tools to design, launch, and manage their storefronts effectively. They will learn to design mobile-optimised and visually engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience (UX) through thoughtful layouts, compelling visuals, and clear calls-to-action. Students will also be introduced to AI-powered tools that support product content creation, visual design, and customer engagement. In addition, they will gain practical insights into key operational considerations, including product presentation, basic store management, and strategies to attract and retain customers.
