This module presents students with a practical way of handling the challenges demanded by the IT projects. Besides learning the technical know-how in using a software tool to develop a project plan, students will apply methods and techniques to facilitate the effective planning, organisation and monitoring of projects in order to deliver quality systems within time and budget constraints. Students will also be exposed to issues associated with managing outsourced projects.
