This module aims to introduce students to the key concepts, processes and practices that enable day-to-day IT service operations to be effectively provided in a consistent, responsive, reliable and repeatable manner to support business operations and goals. This is achieved through the use of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, which is a set of best practices most widely accepted for managing IT services as well as incorporating DevOps and AI for automation.
