The ability to curate hybrid experiences will be a key attribute of tourism professionals of the future. Students will study trends regarding the various customer segments and ideate to deliver a more personalised customer experience. Using Singapore as a case study, students will explore the heritage, landmarks, memorials, museums, nature and wildlife, attractions, festivals, events, and food culture of Singapore. They will have the opportunity to take on mini projects to curate hybrid bespoke experiences based on the knowledge and skills that they have acquired.
