This module equips students with practical and theoretical knowledge of sports and exercise programming for a broad spectrum of people. Focus areas include anthropometry, cardiovascular, muscular, flexibility and weight control assessments and prescription. Students will also learn to assess and analyse traditional and popular exercise programmes in the sports and fitness industry.
