Students will gain insights into traditional medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic care, physiotherapy and nutrition, recognizing their impact on overall health and specific medical conditions. Students will learn to critically evaluate the scientific evidence behind integrative practices and the use of dietary interventions for managing and preventing diseases. Students will also explore ethical and cultural issues surrounding complementary integrative medicine practices, as well as safety considerations, contraindications, and potential interactions with conventional treatments.
