The module also explores sustainable healthcare practices that reduce environmental impact while maintaining safety and quality. Students will examine how sustainability principles apply to medication prescribing, dispensing, administration, and pharmaceutical waste management, fostering responsible and environmentally conscious healthcare delivery.
