This module is designed to equip students in retail management with skills and knowledge on retail and e-commerce strategies, data-driven decision-making, omni-channel retailing, technology and innovations, sustainability, and operations.
The learning approach prioritises the development of students’ skillsets through a blend of classroom sessions, laboratory work, and off-site exercises. Through this approach, students will learn how to conceptualise pertinent strategies, demonstrate customer interaction skills and content knowledge, develop a customer-centric mindset, harness technology, and evaluate the effectiveness of creating competitive advantage.
