Nur Azleen Binte Azman and Nur Insyirah Binte Azhari, Diploma in Health Services Management (DHSM), 2020 Graduates, have secured meaningful jobs at Physio & Sole Clinic. Before transitioning into full-time roles, they were previously interns at the same clinic.

As a Cluster IC for the Physio and Sole clinics in the west, Azleen describes herself as a people person and enjoys attending to patients from all walks of life. Insyirah, in her role as a Patient Service Associate, prides herself in providing the best customer service to ensure patients are helped and cared for.

Azleen recalled, “DHSM has prepared me so well for this job. Our ‘Healthcare Operation Management’ module gave us a helpful head start in understanding how the software system operations of a clinic works.”

Azleen and Insyirah are now assigned as mentors to DHSM interns, as part of their work. Insyirah shared, “We are happy to impart our knowledge and skills to our juniors. We want their internship to be as memorable as ours!”
