DSC prepared me well for my current work as a hockey coach. DSC modules such as ‘Injury Prevention’ have helped me take better care of my athletes by- keeping them away from hazardous areas, being mindful of overtraining and giving them proper rest and hydration. I apply all these diligently in my coaching. I’m not just helping my players stay safe but also creating a greater impact on their long-term performance and well-being.
