DHSM Graduate, Jenna Teo, Offered Position at Frontier Healthcare After Internship
Jenna Teo graduated from a Diploma in Health Services Management (DHSM) in 2021. After having performed exceptionally well for her 20-week internship with Frontier Healthcare, Jenna was offered a full-time position there as a Patient Service Associate (PSA).
Eugenia Ng, from Human Resources & Office Administration at Frontier Healthcare commended, “Jenna is a valuable new member of our Frontier family. Kudos to RP for the excellent training she received before joining the workforce.”
Jenna shared, “DHSM Modules like ‘Healthcare Applications’ have taught me the SAP system to do bookings and billings for both outpatient and inpatient settings. This gave me good foundation to grasp information quickly in my work at Frontier Healthcare.”
Although Jenna started out as a soft-spoken individual, the encouragement and mentoring she received during internship has brought her out of her shell. She now communicates confidently with patients, ensuring they receive medical information accurately.
