Airline Marketing and Revenue Management is a module selected from the Specialist Diploma in Aviation Management and Services. It enables participants to acquire new skills or deepen relevant skills without the need to pursue a full specialist diploma. As this is a stackable course, participants may choose to complete the remaining modules within the validity period, of two years, to be awarded the full Specialist Diploma qualification.
This module aims to help participants gain an in-depth understanding to optimise revenue in the airline industry. It provides a framework for participants to examine factors contributing to the commercial success of an airline.
Participants will evaluate and apply airline key performance indicators, booking trends, and patterns to not only forecast, but devise marketing as well as revenue plans. Participants will also be introduced to principles and techniques across various airline business environments for the optimisation of revenue, yield, and profitability, while balancing both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Entry Requirement
Applicants should have a relevant (Engineering or Hospitality) diploma or degree. Applicants should preferably also have at least two years of relevant working experience.
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least five years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
Certification
Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Completion by Republic Polytechnic upon completing the module.
