The workshop was very hands-on, interesting and fun! Chef (Jaslyn) provided sufficient details (for me) to understand the dos and don’ts of bread making and my bread turned out to be lovely and delicious.
Chef Jaslyn conducted a very informative and hands-on class. Her clear explanation and experience helped me to understand bread-making techniques which cannot be gleamed from watching YouTube or reading blogs; and I am sure I speak for the rest of my classmates. I will certainly try to experiment with the new knowledge (I have gained through this workshop). I am thankful to have experienced Chef Jaslyn's enthusiasm and joyful passion while learning so much at this workshop.
