Testimonials

Being a novice in bread-baking mostly learnt from the internet, this CET Short Course was surprisingly helpful. It sifted out many conflicting information from the internet, and made learning from an experienced baker a highly valued experience. It is not as complicated as I thought it would be, but was delightfully easy and straight forward. Chef Jaslyn made a point to emphasize team work and working efficiently for better productivity, as well as promoting safety consciousness in each session. I would strongly recommend this to my friends and family. I think that there is also great potential for (staff) bonding (opportunity) for small business owners and their teams.

Chef Jaslyn conducted a very informative and hands-on class. Her clear explanation and experience helped me to understand bread-making techniques which cannot be gleamed from watching YouTube or reading blogs; and I am sure I speak for the rest of my classmates. I will certainly try to experiment with the new knowledge (I have gained through this workshop). I am thankful to have experienced Chef Jaslyn's enthusiasm and joyful passion while learning so much at this workshop.
