This module allows participants to have the opportunity to understand the importance of catering management, for both in-house and outside events. Participants will learn about revenue management for banquet space, food production, manpower planning and limitations of outdoor catering.
Catering Management is a module selected from the Diploma in Business Practice (Hospitality Management). It enables participants to acquire new skills or deepen relevant skills without the need to pursue a full part-time diploma. Further, participants may choose to complete the remaining modules within the validity period, of 5 years, to be awarded the full Part-time Diploma qualification.
